A Child Will Lead Them is the second book I've read by Elizabeth Schmeidler and I can hardly wait to dive into her third book. Elizabeth is so creative in the way that she develops her characters and story line that once you read the first chapter you are hooked and will hardly be able to put the book down! This book has it all - intrigue, mystery, love, romance, laughter, and the most terrific examples of how God works through any situation for good IF we lean on Him. Woven into the entire story are twists and turns that keep you guessing and yearning for the next page. Another exceptional read by Elizabeth. If you want to be refreshed with a reminder of God's patience, mercy, love and forgiveness this will do it! Well done Elizabeth Schmeidler - please keep them coming, you are an amazing writer!

Elizabeth's novel, "A Child Will Lead Them" will give you a little wind in your sails and a bit of hope for the world. It brings you into a story that is so full of vibrant, rich, and loveable characters that your sense of the goodness of life and humanity will be renewed and or restored. Now that is refreshing! Should I mention that you might also fall in love? Don't worry, it will be with the starlet of the novel, and she is only 4, but you better watch out because she is ridiculously charming, sweet-hearted, and hilarious! Again, her beautiful innocence is oh so refreshing!
Your hope for good in the world will be rekindled as you are pulled into the character's hopes and dreams and even their nightmares... but don't be afraid because with trust in the Lord and surrender to Him even the most impossible knots can be undone... and wow... isn't that a breath of fresh air!?
Now listen, reading this book is 100% better and better for your soul than mindless Facebook/Pinterest browsing because instead of making you feel like your life is not as exciting as the next, this books makes you sense God's tender loving individual care JUST FOR YOU! You see how He cares so particularly for each one of our lives...JUST FOR YOU! And it doesn't get any better or more rejuvenating than that. Enjoy friends. Don't miss this one and don't get me started on Elizabeth's other two novels, "Forget Me Not" and "The Good Sinner." Just read my posts instead ;)
P.S. The book MOVES FAST. Literally, every page is ACTION packed. And, for me, had some pretty shocking moments that I did not expect. Very funny, a little scary, super adventurous... what more can I say?

Elizabeth is a master story teller. While reading this book I accurately predicted only one aspect of the story. Just when you think the story is coming to an end, she takes an unexpected turn that keeps you thoroughly engrossed. This the second book of hers I've read and have enjoyed both. She tells a wonderful story that is thoroughly engaging while including a wonderful message. Bravo on another fine novel!

I loved this book. It was full of twists that kept me guessing up to the end. It is refreshing to read a great book so strongly based on faith. I'm blessed to have met the author and hope she continues to write novels.
