This rare reproduction of Our Lady of Good Remedy depicts the Queen of Heaven and Earth holding her most Precious Son, Christ the King.
- In 1198, St. John Matha founded the Trinitarian Order, which was to free Catholics from Muslim slavery. This was possible only through large amounts of money for ransom. Through the intercession of the Mother of God, the Trinitarian Order was able to free thousands of slaves from bondage, and receive protection from retaliation and ambushes. The Mother of God was so generous in answering their prayers, She became known as "Our Lady of Good Remedy."
