I loved this book! The author created and described the characters so well that I couldn't quit thinking about them. It was very suspenseful and also had a beautiful spiritual message throughout. I sure hope there will be a sequel!

This is another extremely intriguing book by Elizabeth Schmeidler! It is a real page turner that kept me on the edge of my seat unable to put it down! The author has the gift of making me feel like I am right there in the story transported to another place and time! This book had me living life on a farm enjoying picnics, the swimming hole, horse drawn wagon ride into town, romance, intrigue, tears and laughter at the antics of the characters! I highly recommend this book for any age reader. I am 73 years old so I get to enjoy rereading again and again and still be surprised by the twists and turns of the plot! I look forward to it already. Buy it. Read it. Give it as a gift. You won’t be sorry! You can count on this author to provide good clean reading. Highly recommend all her books!
